Q: What is the best time to have you start?
A: Our recommendation is at least 30 minutes after your party start time to allow for late coming guests. This is your party, you let us know what works best for you.
Q: You have multiple services available, is it one person doing it all?
A: If you book two (or more) services, each service will have a separate artist dedicated to that task. This gives guests more time with each type, and no worries about running out of time before everything is completed. Our artists can work at the same time, overlap, or work back to back.
Q: What type of paints do you use?
A: We only use professional cosmetic grade and are FDA compliant supplies. Please see About the Products page for MSDSs and more info.
Q: Is face paint safe and easy to remove?
A: Yes to both! These are cosmetic paints and warm water will remove almost all colors, sometimes mild soap is needed. All supplies are FDA compliant and non toxic.
Q: Can you do custom designs if I don't see the style I am looking for in your gallery?
A: Yes, the gallery does not show all of our work, or all we are capable of. If your party/event is having a theme, we will do our best to create some designs that relate.
Q: What happens if I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
A: If you cancel the event you will forfeit your deposit. If you need to reschedule we will try our best to accommodate the new date and time; however if we have another booking we can not move their appointment.
Q: I have a fairly large party. Rather than paying for another face painter, can a family member or friend help you paint?
A: We are sorry but this is not possible. This is a professional business and there is insurance that only applies to employees.
Q: Do you have to be a certain age to get painted?
A: We recommend not painting any children under 2. If you would like a small design on an arm or a leg we can do a test patch to make sure your child has no reactions to the paint first.
